I ordered a beautiful sofa and loveseat from Betsie Bay Furniture however there were some issues with it. They were fantastic about getting me a new sofa and allowing me to keep the other one until the new set arrived. I now have my new sofa set and it looks fabulous! It is how you handle issues when they happen that makes all the difference in customer service, because there are always challenges. The delivery men were consciencious and helpful. What a hidden gem! We are adding furniture to our house to update it to have more of a modern farmhouse/Restoration Hardware look. We were amazed at the prices, the great furniture, and all of the things that were more of a Chip and Joanna Gaines/Fixer Upper-style rather than the typical cottage look in so many northern Michigan furniture stores.
